[Resolved] Cinepolis India — refund not received for tickets | |||||
I attempted to book 2 tickets of 'sanju' on 7 july 2018 using the cinepolis mobile app (Bestech square, mohali 7:30pm show for saturday 7th july 2018). Money got deducted immediately but did not get any confirmation in my mail (Somal. [protected]@gmail.com) or phone number ([protected]). I have received one message regarding refund process initiated and will be received with in 9 working days but its around 20 days gone i received nothing from cinepolis. I have also submitted various complaint on cinepolis mobile app but nobody is listening. I have attached one screenshot regarding refund initiated which i received on 11 july but nothing is received after that.
