[Resolved] Cinepolis India — refund of ticket amount as it was not generated

I tried to book two tickets for Rs 400 for movie October in Cinepolis Patna for 9.20 pm show on 24 April. I booked at around 7.53pm through my SBI CREDIT CARD. The payment of Rs 400 got debited but the tickets couldn’t be generated. My registered mobile no is [protected], MUKUL KUMAR JHA. Please refund Rs 400 to my credit card. Then on 26 April at 1.45 am Rs 400 and again Rs 400 got debited from the same Credit card although I was not transacting .. I was sleeping and in the morning I saw the message from my SBI CREDIT CARD. How it happened puts a serious question on the security of your site. I am a priviledged card holder of cinepolis since its inception at P&M Mall, Patna. Please revert credit the total amount of Rs 400+400+400= Rs 1200 to my above Credit Card at the earliest - MUKUL KUMAR JHA Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
