Hi support team, I tried booking 2 tickets yesterday for "the baby boss" @ cinépolis royal meenakshi mall bengaluru for 14th april 10.00 am show. I tried to pay the payment through paytm, but due some technical errors on your server my transaction was showed as failed but i was charged for rs 434.36. I tried booking for seat number p15 and p16. Wallet id number: [protected]. Please initiate the refund, i have already made another transaction and booked the tickets for same show via credit card.
