I booked two tickets for pikachu in cinepolis, p&m mall patna. My contact number is [protected]. The money has already been deducted from my paytm app. To transfer inb cinepolis india private l. On 14th may 2019. Order id -139789. This is the transaction details from my paytm app. I neither got any message nor any mail. Their customer support is not reachable. They ain't paying attention they are just ignoring by mailing we are looking into it.
Please look forward into it & help me to get my money back.
