[Resolved] Cinepolis India — request for refund | |||
Dear sir/madam, This is to inform you that i bought one movie ticket for "sui dhaaga" from your lake mall, kolkata centre on 28th september, 2018. I paid the ticket price via phonepe but somehow they didn't receive the payment even though my phonepe transaction was successfully completed so i paid the price again by cash. I was told that my money would be refunded in 3 working days. More than three months have passed after this incident but i have not yet received any refund in my account. I also lodged several complaints on your website but no action was taken. I, therefore, request you to refund the excess payment as early as possible. I hope you will consider my prayer favourably. I am giving the ticket details below. I have also attached a picture of the ticket and a picture containing the complaint ids that i previously lodged on your website.
