[Resolved] Cinepolis India — ticket not booked but amount deducted from bank | |||||
I have booked my ticket for Cinepolis Surat on 04.11.2018 for Thogs of Hidustan. I received bank SMS regarding payment and amount of INR 820 got deducted. But it is shown that transactions had failed on my PC. I also didnt get SMS link for M ticket. Please let me know whether i can receive SMS or will get refund for my ticket.
