[Resolved] Cinepolis India — ticket not get booked but amount deducted | |||||
Transaction using cinepolis website. Their payment gateway is ccavenue. Payment was by pnb netbanking, amount got deducted but ticket was not booked and error message was shown. Please check this as soon as possible It showed this in my pnb remarks - cc avenue/[protected]/[protected]/ So i think ccavenue order #[protected], txn id [protected] Transaction date - 20/07/2017 Please issue a refund back to my pnb account.
