[Resolved] Cinepolis India — transaction failed amount not refunded | |||||
Hi I have tried booking for taxiwala movie on 21st nov 2018 1pm show (Cinepolis royal meenakshi mall bengaluru), select the paytm payment mode, money debited from paytm but ticket not confirmed. Paytm details are given below. Paid for order cinepolis india private l order #115675 transaction id [protected][protected]:25:48 am When i equired in the theater they said the money will come back in original payment mode in 3 days, but almost 3 weeks amount of rs 930/- not credited to my paytm wallet/account. Created issue in cinepolis website also 26/11/2018, issue=11349 proj=78, but no response on this from your end. Can you please look into the matter.
