Cinepolis India — Transaction failure | |||||
Hi, On 28th oct I booked 2 tickets in cinepolis Thane through paytm, but the transaction has failed and money got deducted and I got a message from paytm as follows, "You have made a payment of Rs. 594.36 at Cinepolis India Private L for Order Id 25455. Contact paytm.com/care for any issues." When I asked paytm they said amount has been transferred to cinepolis and they haven't initiated the refund. Kindly do the needful to revert back my money.
