[Resolved] Cinepolis India — unable to download m ticket and no email | |
My wife bookes 2 tickets for avengers endgame on 21st april for the 9.15 show on the 26th at royal meenakshi mall cinepolis theater in bangalore. My wife chose the m ticket and then paid for it. She received a link for the mticket which will simply show a blue screen. We tried multiple mobiles etc with no help. She did not even receive an email confirmation. All we have is the print of the confirmation in their website. I did email cinepolis as they do not have customer helpline. No reply or acknowledgment from their end. Forget international standards, this theater doesn't even have any standards. Always i used bookmyshow which works well. This is the second time this issue has happened on their website. They do not even maintain their website well. I have seen many people complaining on online forums. This issue has to be taken up seriously and resolved. There is no customer support from these people and this is the last time me and my family will ever visit cinepolis. At least pvr is much better in customer handling. Thanks Cinepolis India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Please note that there might have been some technical glitch due to which the tickets did not reflect in the mobile app. However, you can visit the respective cinema and show the Booking ID (mentioned in the email confirmation screenshot) at the entry of the cinema as the proof of your ticket purchase. Furthermore, please do carry the transaction proof that includes (SMS from Bank/other modes of the amount being deducted). Do get back to us in case further assistance is required.
