[Resolved] Cinepolis India — Wrongly booked ticket and informed Cinepolis well in advance | |||||
I wrongly booked 4 tickets on 28.04.17 12:35 P.m show instead of date 30.04.17 at 9:00 am for Unity rohini Delhi. I noticed when i took out the print out at 9:05 and immediately highlighted to cinepolis through their facebook, twitter pages and requested them to shift to any time slot available on 30.04.17 as i have donw the booking wrongly for 28.04.17. They keep send the standard reply that it cant be done. If any-one make some mistake and highlight you immediately, at least you must accept that. I only requested to shift the date and give slot as per you but they not bothered to help the customer. I have already paid appro. 1700/- for tickets and not able to see the movie also. Poor customer centricity. Railway also book ticket and allow change if informed well in advance. why you people stick to your policy which is not customer centric.
