Citi Financial — No objection certificate

Sir, I have obtained consumer loan from Citi Financial, Nagpur, and paid all the dues to this financial institution long back. I have with me necessary N.O.C. received from this Institution. Similarly I have taken personal loan from HDFC Bank and cleared all the payments. There is no settlement was done. All the payments were made by me. Necessary NOCs of these institutions are also with me. Still bad reports are reflected in cibil in my case. So how can i upload it in the system of cibil. Due to the bad reports my cases were rejected by the Financial institutions. So kindly give me necessary guidance how to rectify it through your system. Since there is no outstanding dues in my name as per the NOCs. received, how it is appearing in the system of Cibil. The loans taken from fhe above institutions are refunded such a long time. How it is showing still unpaid and showing bad score, I don't know. Therefore, this request.
