    This came to my notice the my cibil got a enquiry over citibank credit card. To my notice i havent accepted any terms nor applied for the same. This unacceptable without my consent accessing my cibil. Have raised a dispute id no cds[protected].

    This not sorted out would esclate as per rbi norms.

    The Issues is still not resolved. Have just Recieved couple of mails asking to send details to further mails to retail.dox.[protected]@citi.com.

    This will be escalated if not resolved.

          Hi, I am trying to settle the credit card which i took 10 years ago. They have already written off the account. But i want to atleast show settled in CIBIL. I called citibank and they said I have 3, 87000 outstanding. They offered to settle for 150, 000. But i cant pay so much. I am willing to pay 40-50K for settlement but they are not agreeing as though they are going to show as paid. My card # [protected], Phone # [protected]

            I reached sanfracisco on 18th july 20 by airindia vandebharat mission flight no ai-1173.
            I received refund for my business class airtickets for travel from chennai to sanfrancisco travel dt 01 july 2020 due to cancellation of flight. Rs 5, 27, 390 on 18th july 2020 to my citibank credit card no [protected]. On contacting customercare citi bank phone[protected].
            L first call made on 19th july 2020. Call center executive checked my authentication with by date of birth, recent transactions and my card key pin. Assured that citiy bank phone officer will make a call to my mobile no [protected] with in 72 hours. I requested calling time as 9.30am to 12 noon ist ie 9.00pm to 11.30 pm sanfrancisco time there was no call received by me and no missed calls also in my mobile no, i repeatedly receive mail stating that citi bank phone officer is unable to reach me.

            I sent a mail to head. Customercare @citi, com. Stating all facts. She gave my complaint nos as[protected]. Again two more times i requested citibank to give my complaint no, they gave it as[protected]. I amde a call again yesterday at 10.20pm california time. Customercare executive ms varsha, yesterday informed that my complaint is escalated to next level and she once again checked all verification process and satisfied. She informed that with in 3 to 4 hours. I was awake (I am 71 years old) up to.3.00am 5th auguct, i did not receive any calls. I sent amail today showing my airtel bill which clearly shows many out going calls from my above number to india. Incoming calls are free and hence does not show incoming call list. Rs 527, 390 is my hard earned money after 30years of my savings. I want to inform here that airticket booked in june 2020 was paid to citibank from same bank account, as i am requesting now. Please help me by advising citi bank, who have checked genuineness several times, to credit this amount so that i can use it mountfor my medical and other emergency expenses

                Mr. Sudip sen, a kolkata branch citibank employee is a cheater. He befriends women to satisfy his sexual needs and boost his morale by being too good to be true by lying and trapping them. He is completely characterless and a fraud. If his personal character is so loose and stinking, he is definitely going to cheat professionally as well. Basic nature never changes.
                He does not respect women and treats them as toys of sex and timepass. Though married and has a son, he has extra marital relationships with several other women to whom he lies about his wife and so called ex girlfriends who are pretty much there in his life.
                Beware of such traitors as they are too sweet with words and behaviour initially.
                The bank needs to check backgrounds of their employees and take appropriate action against them asap.
                Hope action will be taken against him.

                He is a narcissist which is an uncurable mental disorder who thinks only highly of himself and treats others inferiorly. Its a mental disbalance and affects them professionally as well and can cheat people to any extent.
                Still no revert from the bank on whether any action has been taken for this man.

                  Hi team,

                  I got a call from citibank on 20th oct 2018, stating that there is some suspicious activity is going on my card, hence suggesting me to block the credit card. I told them to block the card as the reason is of suspicious activity.

                  All the due amount was paid and there were no relation afterwards. However i have started getting message in the year 2019 that my due amount is pending by rs 1000.

                  I tried reaching to the customer care, but unfortunately didn't get response. After that they started adding interest every month, somehow i was able to connect to the customer care through my registered mobile, but they were asking me for the citi card number which i was not carrying at that moment, hence they said to call back once have the card details. Unfortunately afterwards i was unable to connect to them. I sent email to citi. [protected]@citi.com, but didn't get response.

                  Recently on 11th july 2020 i connected to citi card team and i told my concern and they agreed to raise a request to waive off the overdue.

                  But again i started getting message to pay the overdue and now this time the amount is of 1361.81. I am unable to connect to them. This is impacting my credit score card.

                  I would request you to waive off the required amount as i never used the card after blocking.

                  Please let me know if you have query for your investigation process.

                    I have made a transaction in amazon and used citibank credit card for payment of electricity bill, however money got deducted twice from the credit card.

                    I called the customer care but there was no response for more than 30 minutes.

                      The character and background of an employee matters a lot while recruitment. Citibank hires employees who are characterless and disrespect women. Mr. Sudip sen from chowringhee branch, kolkata, india is one such employee who needs to be sctrutinized by his employers and who probably needs psychiatric help for considering vulnerable women as objects of sex to whom he lies and emotionally and physically damages them by simultaneously cheating on many women at a time including his wife. He is into multiple sexual relationships and has no shame whatsoever by lying to women about his relationships. If action is not taken against him then the cops will be informed about his sick activities and a complaint will be filed against the bank also.

                        Hello team,

                        Through first citizen shoppers stop i had applied a citi bank credit card. I had requested for closure of the card a way back, just i can say years ago. Now till 2018 i received the email of some balance pending against my credit card which looks like mostly maintenance charges or i would say false charges.

                        Request you to look at this earliest, close my account if its not closed till now, share with me the latest statement which shows zero balance please.

                          Loan at 0% interest

                          I received a call from a person named Deepak Kailash regarding loan from CITI bank at 0% Interest.
                          In this he explained me that how it works.
                          He told me that I will have to buy a policy from one of the three insurance companies suggested by him and I will get loan by mortgaging that policy.
                          The loan amount would be equal to the sum assured amount of the policy. I will be paying the EMI of the loan as premium in the policy....

                          I had ordered mobile from amazon through my credit card but since i cancelled the order the money was refunded back to my account but still the emi has been shown in my account reducted. The citi bank customer drafted a mail saying that merchant has not yet cancelled the loan and so the loan is still active and the emi is deducted
                          When i tried contacting amazon they were like the amount was not bought by emi and so the whole amount has been refunded
                          And i remember that when the amount was deducted from credit card i converted it into emi so here citi bank is not coming up with the solutio and trying to fool me by making me pay the installment
                          I am not able to contact citi bank

                            On 23 april 2020, two fraudulent transaction was done by mistake and immediately within 2 hours which is under the guidelines of rbi and as per norms and requirement by citibank, we had done fir in cyber crime and deactivated cards also. We have audio recording of citibank phone officer explaining that as you have reported in time, we will take care before merchant banker claim for payment and give us disputed case complain number. We were constantly follow up with citibank by email and doing call for the status of reversal of amount but instead of that we have received statement for payments. Thereafter i had sent reply to the concern officer stating all facts but not getting positive reply. They are asking for payments with penalty which i have not to pay. They are not co operating me and advising me to contact police station and if police will approach us, we will support police for any information they want. Please provide assistance against harassment of citibank to make payments.

                                  This is to bring in notice that I availed the CITI BANK Credit Card in Dec, 2018. My card number is ending with 2435. I was promised to have Lifetime free card without any hidden charges.

                                  But when I received the CARD, I came to know it has annual charges of 3000 along with GST of 540. I contacted the CITI bank support same month and shared my concern. They said this CARD is not a lifetime free. So I requested them to cancel my card. Then I got call from Resolution Center as well. They confirm to cancel the CARD without any penalty.

                                  Now today when I saw my CIBIL report, its showing outstanding of 1784 for my CITI Card and also impacted my score heavily for 7 months in a row (Jan, 2019 - July, 2019).

                                  I am shocked to realize such a shadow practice being followed by such esteemed brand. Why didn't you guys told me at the time of cancellation? They are acting like a coin. One side you say something and on other side they do totally opposite.

                                  I have contacted their head customer and nodal customer, but no response as of now.

                                    I had lost my citibank credit card.I was unable to block my card immediately due to customer care service was restricted during lockdown period.Three transactions for Rs 85000 each using my credit card details was made on Rekhas communication, Chennai on[protected]. i received alert SMS for the same, as i had not done these transactions i was shocked and immediately called up citibank and informed them about this fraud transaction and requested them to hold the transaction. But the bank did not take any investigation for the transactions were debited to my card when i requested them to take action they asked me to file a police complaint .) I was surprised to know that even if alert customer is calling them and informing them of fraudulent transaction, the customer service is not taking prompt action to find out where and how the fraud happened. They were not even able to tell the merchant's name and location Do not know what to do, I need your help to sort out the issue.I made a police complaint but still it is under progress. But the bank people send me mail to pay the money. My salary was not paid. I have no money to pay for the fraud transaction.Kindly help me to solve this problem
