Citibank — Atm cash not dispensed but amount debited from account | |||||
Sir, I used my HDFC ATM card to withdraw Rs.2, 000/- at Citi bank, on 03/03/2017 at 17:19, But money was not dispensed. I received the slip with SER No.009266 stating "0614 Dispenser failure". But the money was debited on 03/03/201. I request you to kindly arrange to get back Rs.2, 000/- .
