Citibank — Change of address as credit card returned undelivered

Address: Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, 201002

Various calls made on you toll free number and phones number given but till date no satisfactory reply given. As I am a credit card holder and paying the dues regularly but the same is expired in March-2017.New card was sent but could not delivered to my New address, hence pl. suggest how to add the new address for delivering the same. Call from Mahi from Citibank trying to sell credit card - phone call from 60220098 Mumbai India. Citibank has been instructed not to call on numbers, we have called their official complaint number and told them, they refuse to acknowledge or stop these calls
