Citibank — citibank credit card noc for closure letter needed

Hi team, There was some outstanding amount need to be paid from my side. I paid the total amount and requested for noc. I received noc from your side with no bank logo and stamp in that. Other bank not accepting that letter as there is no company logo and stamp. Tried several time on your ivr no's but it is disconnected all the time. Request you to do the needful.
