[Resolved] Citrus Pay — Bank account debited but payment not reached merchant | |||
Date of incident: 02.07.2016 Description of the incident: I tried to make fee payment to kea on 02.07.2016 for rs.16700.00. An amount of rs.16702.32 was debited to my savings bank account at state bank of india, with transaction reference no. ig0cgtawd5. at 19.31 hrs. however, the payment has not reached kea. and the amount of fees paid was showing as zero. kindly resolve at the earliest.
