Paid Reliance bill through Citrus Cub app. Date 28/11/2015. The rupees from my account got cut but not reflected in Reliance bill (1290 rupees). It has been 12 days and I have contacted them through email provided on site. I got response that i should contact my bank as they have given refund, but bank says that no refund has been done.
