Citrus Pay — Money not refunded

I tried to make a booking fet flight ticket onli on[protected] as per the booking procedure but it was blocked during the process. The money was debited from my account and it was not refunded till date. I got an email; from you mentioning that the the amount will be refund within four working days. The detail of the the email are

I want the amount should be refunded within two days or i will go to the consumer court if it is not properly address.
