#customerharassment #cheating #fraud TinyOwl Due to refund policy tinyowl credited my money back to citrus wallet.I have tried several times withdrawn request with this wallet but the stupid customer support guys always came back with excuse "your name and account number does not match".But in past there were multiple times(after a lot of followup emails/calls) reverse transaction against the same account number and name.This stupid CS team advised me to use the money instead of withdraw.I think due to your poor no customer in future will use your service.I have repetitively asked them to show the prove of name and account number mismatch.But they could not.STOP HARRASING CUSTOMERS!!! #POORSERVICE #FRAUD #CHEATER Email:[protected]@gmail.com Was this information helpful? | |||||
