Citrus Pay — Nios fee not receive but my account is dabit

Respectfully sir/ madam,
I have deposite fee nios noida sec 62 but nios fees is not receivedand my account has been debit fee 2043.23 date[protected] time 12:24:07 my hdfc atm end no.7514 and my further contact. [protected]@yahoo.Co.In (Mob) 0 [protected]
I payed an amount of a total of 2043.23 inr admission to the national institute of open schooling in noida, up, through the citrus pay. The total amount was paid in 2043.23 inr, which was the total amount to be paid. But the message of payment acknowledged by nios wasn't prompted so i made another payment which resulted in the same. Nios has not recieved either of the payment and it is believed that citrus pay still has the whole amount. I demand the whole amount of 2043.23 inr to be reverted back to my hdfc account or else i will make this a legal matter.
