[Resolved]  Citrus Payment Solutions — amount debited from my account but transaction was not successful

Address:Jaipur, Rajasthan, 302015

I have done the payment of rs. 1083 twice on 31st august 2017 from citrus payment gatway to indian accounting association and my hdfc bank account no [protected] debited twice but transaction was unsuccessful. The details are as below of those txn:
Transaction no. 1 :
Cheque/reff no.[protected]
Narration: [protected]/citruspaywallet
Transaction no. 2:
Cheque/reff no.[protected]
Narration: [protected]/citruspaywallet

Kindly chechk this and refund the amount in my account.

The amount shall reflect into your account within 7 to 10 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Bank holidays).
