[Resolved]  Citrus Payment Solutions — Money Deducted from my account but still showing make payment

I had applied for The Common Entrance Examination 2017 and made the payment of Rs 800 through Citrus gateway. I also recieved the message from my bank that the amount was deducted form my account. But now the site shows that i have not done the payment and the last day of the application is approaching.. Please help me out because this would decide my career and i need this to be done immediately.

Yesterday I did a transaction of rs 808 towards RIE . The amount got deducted from the card but I did not receive any confirmation receipt towards it. and in the site it is still reflecting to make the payment.
Kindly look into this issue asap

I am Abhilasha Sangekar, i have made my payment for the IGNOU Re-registration form on 11 of April 2017. My payment is debited from my account for the same. But they are showing it as Failed. I have made my Payment Amount- Rs.6571.
I hope you will fix my problem and update your status.
