[Resolved]  Citrus Payment Solutions — amount deducted from account but status shows "payment not made"

Dear sir,
on 15/02/2018 I made a payment for my examination fee for NIOS (D.EL.ED[protected]. My enrollment id number is [protected]. The transaction was successful from my side however the status in NIOS website is still showing the status as "payment not made". The transaction id is[protected]. The POS number is 80000580.
Kindly Refund The Amount As Soon As Possible Or Process The Payment.

I shri Debajyoti Chakraborty, would like to inform you that while paying exam fees for d. El. Ed, Nios. I played twice bearing enrollment no:- [protected] & enrollment no:- [protected] as on 15/02/2018 and on 17/02/2018 with debit card of IOB. Kindly reverse the payment made on 15/02/2018.
