[Resolved]  Citrus Payment Solutions — Amount deducted from bank account but order not placed

Had placed two orders on zara one on 19/09/2021 and another on 20/09/2021 and the money was deducted from my account but the order was not placed. I have complained 4 times and still there is no response. Please refund my money.
