I made online purchase from Zara via citrus payment, gateway, amount has been deducted, but the order couldn't be placed. Kindly refund the amount

I placed an order with Zara via the UPI payment method. The amount was debited from my account and yet the order was not confirmed hence the order was not placed. No refund has been received by me and I request an immediate refund for the same at the earliest.
