[Resolved]  Citrus Payment Solutions — Amount deducted, Zara order not placed

I made a payment of Zara order which was processed by PhonePe upi but somehow Zara app failed to process the payment. The amount is deducted from my bank account and is stuck with citrus solutions. I need my refund as soon as possible. Kindly look into the matter.

We are unable to trace any transaction with the provided details. Please share the below details with us and we shall assist you further.

• Citrus ID, Merchant and Bank reference number.
• Scan copy of bank statement indicating the debit for the required transaction.
• Transaction date along with the amount.
• Email id or phone number used for processing the transaction.
• First 6 and last 4 digits of your card.
• UPI / VPA if any used

Also, I’d like to know if the information provided here is open to all? I am asking bcz I have received a spam call asking me to pay money and get the redemption voucher activated by Citrus solutions. Kindly look into the privacy of people who have put in their faith with you and have provided their essential information .

We regret the inconvenience caused. Your transaction with Citrus ID OL[protected]
processed on[protected] for Rs. 3480.00 INR was a failed transaction. The amount has been refunded to your source account on[protected] and shall reflect into your account within 7 to 10 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and bank holiday) from the date of refund.

Just received a call from [protected] stating I have got a redeem voucher where in I have to put the amount 19876 and then in add note I had to put their voucher which is ‘RFCAZ Refund’ and then my upi pin.

What is wrong with the company which is sharing the data with such thieves? I’d suggest no one should trust them
