[Resolved] Citrus Payment Solutions — Amount not credited to the beneficiary account | |||
Yesterday on 12.10.2020, I had made two transactions for transfer of money to the Ministry of Health of Family Welfare, Government of India towards subscription of CHHS facility for pensioners for lifetime. The first transaction, a token amount of Rs. 100 was successfully transferred and received the receipt. But, the 2nd transaction for an amount of Rs. 1, 20, 000 (One lakh twenty thousand) although deducted from my account has not yet been transferred to the beneficiary account and no receipt was generated. Therefore, it is requested to confirm if the transaction has been successful or to refund the money to the original account so that again attempts can be made to transfer the money. As checked, the given transaction got success on 13/10/2020 via Citrus transaction id OL[protected] and source transaction id [protected] at our end. For any concern regarding, delivery of the product/Payment receipt/Account Details/Cancellation/Refund, request you to contact the merchant directly to get the status at their end.
