[Resolved] Citrus Payment Solutions — Amount refund

Hello sir this is harsh maheta and i have submitte the CET online form and when i submit to net banking of AXIS i got a message in which it was written that your amount has been deducted but still i am not getting the receipt of that and my amount has deducted so kindly please take any action on that and refund my amount back.
Even i dont get the transaction ID so please take any action on that.
Amount is 1557 Rs.

Updated by Harsh maheta Hello sir i didnt get any transaction Id i only have the application number once when i was doing this i got the message that opps its error and just a minute i got the message of deduction which i show you on screenshot.
I don't have any message and i don't know anything i just want my amount back in any how condition.
