[Resolved]  Citrus Payment Solutions — an amount of rupees 1742 deducted while filling of online registration of nios but not generated receipt slip and form payment not completed.

Dear sir/madam
While filling of online filling of nios registration an amount of rs. 1742 deducted but not generated receipt and payment not made in nios form.

But amount deducted why this is happening? In other gateways it never happens if happen refunded within minutes or one hours.

In citrus always payment captured and never refunded why? If payment captured why receipt is not generated. If there was server error than after some time payment should be refunded to customer.

Please rectify this immediately.

it is now almost 72 hours have been passed away but nothing happen how long citrus will hold the payment. please refund it so that i can try for another method of payment to complete the NIOS registration form.

Bro. Same incident Happened with me...citrus/nios deducted rupees 2300 from my bank account on 31 august...but payment status is still showing PAYMENT NOT MADE... neither they (NIOS) pick calls nor reply to emails... NIOS is nothing but a body comprising of bunch of crooks nd corrupted officials for looting public money...
