[Resolved] Citrus Payment Solutions — bus ticket booking refund | |||
Respected sir, Twice we have booked bus via citrus payment solutions on 30.3.18 Amounting to 1260 (630+630). But there was no confirmation of ticket booking. And no refund was obtained so far even after complaint registration. Its been almost a month and still the issue has not been resolved. I have received an email stating that refund has been initiated but no amount was credited pertaining to the same account. And there has been no proper response via the customer service center.
