May 03, 2021 Updated by vasuresh1984 Rec'd a call from the company, and the gentleman asked me card no, which I provided and he also asked for CVV no, which is not given in the Rupay ATM cards, not given. Otherwise also, RBI says never give your CVV no to anyone. After that I have neither rec'd refund nor any communication. Please look into the matter and refund my money. All the details were provided earlier whatever I had. Payt was made through net banking on computer, not by telephone. My tel no is [protected] Payt was made by HDFC net banking and for payt of House Tax to Lucknow Nagar Nigam on 22 April 2021.
