[Resolved] Citrus Payment Solutions — Citrus payment fraud | |
I made a payment in Zara app on 30th June and chose UPI as the payment method. The payment gateway was through citrus solutions pvt ltd. My google pay transaction was successful but the citrus payment showed failure to pay. So the amount got debited but Zara didn’t receive the money. Please help me resolve this issue and get my money back. I’ve been trying to reach citrus solutions but there is literally no way to reach them. All the contact details are wrong and I don’t even know if it’s a legit payment gateway. This is fraud . Was this information helpful? | |
