Hi, I made payments of Rs. 8170/- and yet my order was not confirmed while the money was deducted. The details of my transactions are as follows: INR 8170 debited from A/c no. XX7867 on[protected]:50:33 IST at UPI/P2M/[protected]/CITRUS SO/Axis Bank. . Call [protected] if not done by you - Axis Bank I need a refund of the above amounts at the earliest since my orders were never confirmed or processed. Moreover, Zara has not issued any email informing me of the refund. They have simply taken the money without providing any products in return. Was this information helpful? | |

For any concern regarding, delivery of the product/Payment receipt/Account Details/Cancellation/Refund, you are requested to contact the merchant directly with Merchant Order Id[protected] in order to get the status at their end.
