[Resolved] Citrus Payment Solutions — Cm90004-duplicate record, but money deducted | |||
Tried to Pay Property Tax of Nashik Municipal Corporation for rs 1322 payment via debit card, on 31/05/2021 10:10 am showed cm90004-duplicate record and rs 1322 was deducted from my account. The amount Rs1322 will be deducted two times because I tried it two times and it showed the same, that is, cm90004-duplicate record. I am very tensed regarding both the money and Property tax payment is not reflected I have not got a transaction id for both of the payments but i have proofs to show that the money was deducted and that it was not reflected.
