Citrus Payment Solutions — Complaining about my payment to Zara

I have submitted my complaint on 21 September 2021 about my two payment failures to Zara. there has been no response from you guys. One bill is for 590 and another one was for 1790.

I place my order through zara app. Your merchant citrus [protected]@axis bank. My money has been deducted from my bank account but my order is still pending. Please refund or process my order.
