[Resolved] Citrus Payment Solutions — Complaint on lost of refund | |||||
I Have ordered Infocus M370i from shopclues on 14th November 2016. And made a prepaid payment. The company cancelled my order without notice after waiting 20 days for delivery. The refund is credited at 8/12/16(they said it) via Citrus pay. But today is 20th dec 2016 still not getting that refund its been 11 days.
