[Resolved] Citrus Payment Solutions — dispute of electric bill payment | |||
Sir I paid an electric bill of rs. 1225.21 on 07/08/2017 through online payment option vide transaction id: ctx[protected], i got no receipt from wbsedcl and i also saw in the portal that the transaction is still pending. The said amount debited from my account but the bill amount still not reverse to my account. Therefore i request you to take necessary action about that problem and please inform me about the problem in my e-mail. As early as possible.
