Citrus Payment Solutions — dled nios twice payment

Dear sir/madam
I was doing registration on dled. Nios.ac.in on dated 07/11/2017. After making successful payment of rs.4553.1 from sbi debit card it did not get upate and was showing 'payment not made'. Payment of rs.4553.1 details - sbi debit card 478xx9260 pos 80000580 at nios citrus txn#[protected]. Again same day as payment was due i made another payment through sbi credit card. And it came out successful. And i got my id card and all. These are all my details.

As you can understand i have made two payments against one registration. Kindly take initial steps in order to refund my first registration fee of rs.4553.10 i
