Dear sir/mam, i am a mp online kiosk and i made transaction on september 30, 2017 12:29 pm for csd 200 rd and amc charges for 2 year amt.-inr 950.00 +10 has been debited from my account and failled after some time i did not get any confirmation to till date and did not refund my amount now its bank ref no is stubp[protected]/lic device.
