Citrus Payment Solutions — failure of payment towards receiver & refund payment amount to customer

Hi, citrus team, i booked hp gas cylinder on 2/11/2019 through ezy suvidha app & make online payment by debit card. During this transaction error is comes, but amount is deducted from my bank account. Hp gas distributor say in his account payment is not received, so i purchase gas cylinder by cash on 6/11/2019. Refund my money to this mention debit card no. 652202#2075 along with attached file merchant name pushpam computer & software pvt ltd
