[Resolved] Citrus Payment Solutions — faulty online payment for hp gas booking using citrus paymode | |||
This is to inform you that i have booked a cylinder for hp gas on 4th january booking no-552305 and make payment online the amount of rs 718 through citrus payment solution on 4th Jan 2020. But the dealer has denied for such online payment and i have to pay again the amount of rs 718.00 by cash at the time of delivery. What shall i do. I shall be highly obliged if you kindly acknowledge this and provide me refund for such unsuccessful payment as soon. I have attached my supporting documents with this complaint. Your transaction with the Citrus ID: OL[protected] processed on[protected] for Rs. 718.43 was a failed transaction and we have not received the funds at Citrus. In case of an accidental debit, the amount will be auto reversed to your source account within 3 to 5 working days (for net banking transaction) and 7 to 10 working days (for Card transaction & UPI transaction) (Excluding Saturday, Sunday and bank holiday). If the amount is not reflecting within the given time frame, we request you to contact your respective card/account issuing bank to know the status of the refund. Regards, Citrus Support Team | |||

I have had made payment of 1048 rs on 31.12.2019 but till today payment receipt has not get to me from citrus payment ref no.IGAHTUSES4
Please note that this is a successful transaction via Citrus Transaction ID- OL7268382583557654410 at our end, the amount for the same has been remitted to the merchant.
For any concern regarding, delivery of the product/Payment receipt/Account Details/Cancellation/Refund, you are requested to contact the merchant directly with Merchant transaction ID- 45552901577811412 in order to get the status at their end.
