Sir, I did the flight ticket from bangkok to kolkata from official website of spice jet on 19.04.2019, after complete payment i received the mail from citrus pay saying that 'your transaction with spicejet moto using citrus was successful', but i have not received any confirmation of ticket. How should i get the confirmation about my ticket now.
