Dear Sir, I like to bring to your notice that today 08/01/2018 Tuesday, from my mom account number some third party transactions is done. I like to inform you that she is uneducated and without knowing she has provided her ATM card and OTP number to them. So, please kindly help us to cancel that transaction and do the needful for refund.
