Hello sir, I have not received my Rs. 800 payment on facebook ad account. while my SBI bank already paid 800 Rs. on citrus payment solution. so why my payment reaches on FaceBook ad account. in this image you can see SBI bank msg they said already cut my 800 rs. via citrus. but citrus is failed to send 800 Rs. on facebook ad account. you can see the detail on the image. so kindly help me and refund my payment immediately.
