[Resolved]  Citrus Payment Solutions — Incomplete transactions

Today(02 October) I transfer amount 19500/- through axis net banking by your gateway (citrus payment solutions).Amount is deducted from my account but transactions is not complete and no confirmation. My school fees still due. Please refund or placed the order
