[Resolved] Citrus Payment Solutions — Internal error-Reg. | |||
I had paid my Broadband bill through my Canara Bank account. It used CitrusPay to transact and I received a SMS that money had been deducted and the bill was not also paid.It displayed that it has an internal error. I need my money back and let the bill be paid.Since, it is a huge amount of about Rs.2600, I have no way except complaing or filing an issue. Was this information helpful? | |||

The amount for the same has been reversed from our end. The same shall be refunded within 3 to 5 working days (excluding Saturday/Sunday and public holidays).
