[Resolved]  Citrus Payment Solutions — Issue with zara order payment

I placed an order using the Zara app (order number [protected]) for 5 items on 23 August, 2020 amounting to Rs. 8510. I chose the UPI payment option. The transaction has been credited to Citrus Solutions Pvt Ltd ([protected]@axisbank). The transaction ID is[protected].

The amount has been debited from my account but the zara website and app are still showing the order status as payment pending.

Please resolve the issue at the earliest as the amount has been debited from my account. If the order cannot be processed, kindly initiate the refund process.
