Hello, My Name Is Narendra Prasad, My sun direct smartcard Number is [protected], I've tried to recharge my account with My Sun Direct app, Through UPI, Money got deducted but the recharge was not done, When spoke to sun direct customer care representative she said that it's not sun direct problem and to recharge again, As you're the gateway provider and to your account the money got sent, please help me and refund the amount Was this information helpful? | |
