Citrus Payment Solutions — Money debited from bank account but payment pending on ZARA app | |
I was placing an order on the ZARA app on[protected] and had opted for payment via UPI (Google Pay) for which Zara used the Citrus payment gateway. I did the transaction via [protected]@oksbi and money got debited from the account but the payment didn't receive on the ZARA app and my order got cancelled. I haven't been initiated a refund.
